Common questions

Questions about the plans.

What does the monthly price cover?

Basic covers hosting and security maintenance, including fixes for hosting-related problems. Website changes are billed at $100/hour. Core and Growth also include backups, monitoring, software updates, and their listed content-change allowances. Custom coverage is defined in the project agreement.

Do I own the completed website?

Basic, Core, and Growth clients own the completed site after all required payments are made. Reusable internal components remain the developer’s property. Custom ownership and licensing are written into the project agreement.

Can visitors log in or access a members-only area?

Member and customer accounts are part of a Custom project. We can scope sign-in, password recovery, different access levels, and private pages. Basic and Core do not include user accounts. Growth includes access to edit the site’s content, which is separate from a login system for visitors.

What runs behind the website?

Basic serves static pages. Core adds contact-form delivery. Growth can manage an editable content collection and connect to one standard third-party service. A custom database, member records, dashboards, or automated business processes are scoped under Custom.

What if none of these fits exactly?

Send a description of what you need. We can adjust a plan or discuss a custom project.
